Linda Öhrström is a London-based make-up artist, beauty editor/consultant and organic cosmetics specialist whose rare ability to fuse immaculate skin with adventurous, semi-sculptural make-up techniques has made her one of the most sought-after artists in the creative industry.
Since moving from Stockholm to London in 1996 Öhrström has regularly contributed to a host of leading publications, including several international editions of Vogue, Elle, Tatler, L’Officiel and Dazed & Confused - working with an internationally acclaimed roster of photographers and art directors including Rankin, Iain Crawford, John Scarisbrick and Nick Knight.
Her skilful, technically complex marriages of colour, texture and silhouette have also earned her covetable advertising campaign credits - creating concepts for super-brands such as Diesel, H&M, Nike, RoC and Wella.
That same experimental flair has also made Öhrström a well-established figure on the music scene; she has been an instrumental part of Swedish singer Robyn’s creative counsel on numerous global tours, shoots and public appearances – leading to image consultancy for several UK based pop groups.
She is currently the beauty director of bi-annual fashion/art magazine, VOLT and it’s online sister publication, VOLT Café. She is also beauty editor for Women’s Health, Sweden – a role in which she exerts her influence as a pioneer of innovative holistic beauty practices and emerging developments in the world of natural/organic make-up and skincare.
